Sutherland Shire Council – Easement Drainage Works, Waring St Caringbah

Optimal Stormwater were engaged by Sutherland Shire Council to undertake complicated easement drainage works through a property where the easement alignment did not match the natural drainage slope.

Optimal Stormwater designed and documented all works, including design for casted a new rear wall into the existing pit, created a new 1m wide concrete dish drain to the west of the pit, including a small rock wall at the back, and 2x 300mm concrete bollards in the dish drain, installed 2x 300mm concrete bollards into the existing dish drain on the east, fabricated, galvanise and installed the new exclusion bar arrangement over the pit in Waring.
