Latrobe City Council – D&C GPT for Industrial catchment
Optimal Stormwater put forward 7 GPT options for consideration as part of the tendering process for this project, and were subsequently awarded the design and construction of a P1512 CDS unit.
The heritage railway overpass, land ownership, Vic Roads requirements, sewer and shallow site made for an interesting design and construction process.
But once the device was procured, the installation went in without any problems, and the whole project was completed on budget and ahead of time. The easy access maintenance route and easy to use O & M manual by Optimal Stormwater was appreciated by some of the most important people in Council – the ones conducting the maintenance.
Latrobe Council valued the experience and design ability of Optimal Stormwater for the wide range of GPTs they had knowledge with, and Optimal Stormwater remained flexible to Council’s design requirements as part of the process. So now Council has a very effective GPT, with an innovative and interesting diversion chamber, and Optimal has another happy client.
