Canada Bay Council – CleansAll GPT De-commissioning and pipe rectification

Canada Bay Council engaged Optimal Stormwater to look at solving a surcharging and highly problematic CleansAll GPT at St Georges Crescent in Drummoyne. Due to the poor installation, notable structural faults, the leaking of water from the device causing damage to surrounding infrastructure, sewer overflows caught in the device causing resident complaints and the regular surcharging of the device into the neighbouring properties there was only one option and that was the decommissioning of the St Georges Crescent CleansAll and the reinstatement of the full 1050mm pipe capacity back through the device.
